Boy - it seems early to be thinking "holidays," but time does fly.  Many of us haven't been through this time of year or have only been through it once or twice, while others have been doing this for a long time!  What are your plans?  Does your inventory change with the seasons?  Do you produce holiday-specific items?  Do you market differently?  Do you raise your prices?  Do you have 'Black Friday' specials?

The "Ladies Shop Hop" is going on and it's a huge night for all the retail stores. This is going to give our store some great exposure and hopefully lots of sales!!!

For those of you in other time zones (yes, Andrew and I do read the emails!) and can't make it to the scheduled chat, feel free to schedule another at a more convenient time for your part of the world!  The chat feature is open to any member and we would love to see those around the world get together and discuss their businesses.  The afternoon chats that were scheduled were not well attended since most of our little family is US based and were at work, but if you schedule one, start a thread, and put it on the calender I'm sure that others will make the effort to be there.

I absolutely agree!  Just because I seem to be the chat scheduler doesn't mean no one else can schedule and promote a chat!!!  In this case, more is probably better!

Just a reminder of tonights chat!  Like I said, i know a lot of people can't make it because of the time but I will be happy to help those around the world schedule a day time chat so that everyone can get some great support from others.  And who knows, with all the night owls and insomniacs we have around here, you may end up with a chat full of US artists anyway!
