The current round of the Facebook Spotlight has come to an end, so it’s time to ask: who wants to continue? Membership took a dive as I pruned inactive participants, and now we are growing. I know my stats show a decided benefit from the Spotlight.
If we continue, I'd like to change to one post a week – I’ll post the new spotlight on Sunday. If the group grows much larger, I’ll split it into two, so that no one needs to wait terribly long to be spotlighted.

You need a facebook page to take part. Each week, everyone on the list does a quick Facebook post for the featured member. This builds lots of links for whoever's featured, and when it's your turn, you'll get the same benefit.
