I'm upset; someone nominated me (my RB blog) for a Sunshine award, and I didn't follow up on it immediately & now I can't find the email with the notice, so I can't link back to them (don't remember who it was) and don't remember the rules or have the icon.

I can't help you with who sent it to you but you can get the icon and rules on my blog.

Ah, thanks.    But one of the rules is to link back to the person who sent it to you, so I already can't do that.  It's fine.  I've just had a slow blog period because of camera issues and busy lives, and so now would be a good time to add that post.
