I always wear my thumb rings and my wedding band, of course. I feel nekkid without my thumb rings. I love earrings and am contemplating getting a third pierce in my ears, but I don't wear earrings as much as I need my thumb rings. You can even see them in my how to video. Hope this helps.
I know I have to be different, but that is just me.

almost always earrings
and now usually one of my pendants - but also have others that I like wearing -
rarely bracelet
hardly ever rings anymore (although I own at least 10 or more!)
watch - never (it goes on my purse or tote)
cannot wear anything that is silver plated or nickle - it's interesting tho, the solder on my pendants doesn't bother me at all - which is nice, I think it's mostly the nickle that bothers me

I'm really into necklaces/pendants. Even for just doing Saturday errands I like to have a necklace on. Sometimes I'll pop my necklace off to look at it a bit and put it back on (for things I've made). Depending on my shirts I like different lengths, like a choker for lower cut shirts or 18 inches for standard shirts (then I can see what color necklace looks good sitting against my shirt).
I do love earrings but haven't been wearing them as much lately. If I wear them to many days in a row my ears bother me from the weight (I've been having better luck with lighter weight ones).
I also wear bracelets a few times a week, even with long sleeved shirts.

I guess there should have been an "All of the above" for those of us who must have it all!

I'm almost never without earrings, but I feel truely naked without any rings. Especially one in particular...it's a simple sterling band in the shape of a cat face and I've worn it almost every day in the past six years.
If I take it off, another ring always gets put on

I have to say I need my earrings. That is the single piece of jewelry I wear the most ( along with my wedding ring of course). I can go out without a necklace or bracelet, but I need my earrings

I need a multi-jewelry category... I haven't been so diligent about earrings lately but I always have a necklace or two and at least my wedding ring on.

Earrings.
I make myself a new pair of earrings to wear every day. Other than that, I occasionally wear a chainmaille or other handmade bracelet. I gave up wearing a watch many years ago, as after purchasing a few different kinds, I found out that some "force" in my body causes the darned things to stop movement as soon as I put one on.

I'll wear a necklace once in a great while when I'm feelin' fancy, but I'm an earrings girl, too. Never leave home without 'em.

I work PT in the jewelry department at a craft store, so it's always a little ironic if I forget to wear jewelry on work days. A necklace is a must, but I try to include earrings and a bracelet. I need to make myself more bracelets! BUT I also train horses and work around the barn where we board, and otherwise I'm home or running errands -- usually when I'm muddy and sweaty from having been at the barn!
And there's one horse that likes to nuzzle me and sometimes grab clothes -- I'd hate to see what happens if he were to grab a necklace and then freak because he knows he's not supposed to!
